Front Shock Absorber

Bilstein Land Rover 101 Rear Shock Absorber – NRC1367

Specially developed by Bilstein for 101 Parts for the Land Rover 101 Forward Control.

These shock absorbers were developed specifically for the Land Rover 101 as a modern replacement for the original large-bodied oil-filled dampers.

Rather than adapting a shock absorber designed and valved for another vehicle, we worked with Bilstein using the original 101 shock absorber and application as the basis for the replacement.

The result is a modern gas-pressure shock absorber specifically suited to the 101, providing improved ride quality, handling and suspension control while retaining the correct fitment and operating dimensions required for the vehicle.

Although the Bilstein body is smaller in diameter than the original 101 shock absorber, this is due to its modern gas-pressure construction and does not affect its suitability for the vehicle.

Each shock absorber comes complete with Polybush top bushes, split pins and fitting washers, ready for installation.
